A balcony on the Caldera: that’s the Kokkino Podhilato, which is housed in a 19th-century house and combines bohemian and classic elements. The menu bears the signature of Chef Gikas Xenakis (of “Aleria” restaurant in Athens), who has set out to create dishes that become an instant classic, with ingredients from every corner of the Aegean.
