“Greece, Festival, Flavours” festival at the Technopolis

The “Greece, Festival, Flavors” Festival, the seventh one organized by “athinorama” is a real feast of Greek flavours and excellent local products. Producers from across the country fix a magical gastronomic appointment at Technopolis, in Gazi, from 10 through 12 June. Pastries, cheeses, cured meats, pasta, olives and extra virgin olive oil, microbrewery beers, spirits and wines, vinegar, aromatic herbs, and many other products will be waiting for us to taste and to buy them. In the atmospheric open-air space of the Technopolis, the gastronomic journey has many beautiful surprises in store, since, apart from the tasting, a vast outdoor kitchen, where known chefs will parade, is waiting for us, while various competitions will entertain us, one of them being the food quiz, where the most “erudite” connoisseurs will be rewarded with lush prizes. Moreover, street food will, of course, be the centre of attention as once again the Deipnosofistirion is waiting for us with new tastes prepared by chef Jean-Louis Capsalas, while the known Chef Yiannis Baxevanis will entertain the children in an experimental cooking workshop. Add to all that the comic improvisation performances by stand-up comedian Lambros Fisfis and the jigsaw puzzle of the most magical flavour experience is complete!
