Place the sifted flour in a large mixing bowl.
Add the olive oil, vinegar and salt.
Gradually pour in the water, mixing until a smooth dough forms that no longer sticks to your hands.
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 15 minutes before rolling it out.
Divide the dough into five equal balls.
On a lightly floured surface, roll out each piece of dough with a rolling pin to the desired thickness.
