Festival

Kilkis welcomes, from 3 to 12 October 2026, the 24th International Puppet Theatre and Mime Festival of the Municipality of Kilkis, featuring a rich programme of performances, workshops, exhibitions and parallel events.



This year’s festival features, among other forms, puppet theatre, mime, shadow theatre and contemporary circus.

The 2026 edition brings together artists and groups from Greece, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Colombia and the Czech Republic.

Events will be hosted at the Kilkis Conference Centre, the Tobacco Warehouse, the Municipal Park “Kipos”, Peace Square and other venues across the city.

Ten days filled with imagination, creativity and unique theatrical experiences for audiences of all ages.
