The 11th International Crete Half Marathon will take place on Sunday, 4 October 2026, in Arkalochori, Heraklion.

More than 6,000 runners from 52 countries are expected to gather in the area, turning Arkalochori, once again, into a meeting point for people, cultures and athletes from around the world.

The event includes the 21.1 km Half Marathon, 10 km and 5 km races, a 1,000-metre children’s race and a 200-metre race for people with disabilities.

The start and finish will be at the Arkalochori Municipal Theatre.
