What you need:
- 3 large tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion (red or white)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried Greek oregano
- 150 gr feta cheese
- 8 black olives
- Olive oil and vinegar
- Some caper (optional)
- Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Slice the cucumber and the onion and place them all in a large bowl.
- Add the feta cheese cut into cubes, the olives, the oregano and the caper.
- Also add some salt, olive oil and vinegar.
- Your Greek salad is ready. Bon Appétit!
