The Ioannina Lake Run 2026, the 20th Ioannina Lake Run, will take place on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September 2026, centred around Lake Pamvotis.



The programme features races of varying distances and a range of parallel activities, providing opportunities for athletes of all ages and abilities to take part.

RACES

Saturday 19 September 2026

Lake Run Kids Race – 1,000 m, the 1 km Lakeside Run for people with disabilities, the 1 km Family Run, Baby Lake Run, and the 5 km road race.

Sunday 20 September 2026

30 km race walking, the 30 km Ioannina Lake Run, and the 10 km road race.

The starting and finishing point is Mavili Square.
