The exhibition is part of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the birth of the great Greek composer Iannis Xenakis (1922-2022), honoring him with a presentation of material from the collection of the "Lilian Voudouri" Music Library of the Friends of Music Association. Sheet music, books, articles, videos, recordings, concert programs, photographs and manuscripts are on display, showing the breadth of the pioneering composer's work.

The exhibition is comprised of six parts: a. brief overview of his life, b. his compositions, c. his literary production, d. the recordings, e. the Greek and foreign references to his life and work and f. rare material. The material is on display in ten showcases, aiming to manifest the personality and the greatness of intellect of the iconic Iannis Xenakis. A series of selected recordings and interviews of the composer are also on display on tablets and computers in the exhibition space.
Most of the exhibited material is fully accessible to visitors, who have the opportunity to leaf through it, read it and/or play his compositions in the study rooms for musical instruments and multimedia available at the Library. This turns a classical exhibition into a hands-on/immersive experience.
