Megalithic tomb of Roussa

The megalithic tomb of Roussa in Evros prefecture was built from five large slabs and its characteristic feature is the dolmen opening in one of its narrow sides. In these tombs people used to place large vessels containing the ashes of the dead or the relics of the incineration together with the funeral gifts.
