Arkoudiotissa Cave

ARKOUDIOTISSA OR ARKOUDIA CAVE is set in the same area with the Monastery. The exploration of the cave by archaeologist K. Davaras revealed that in antiquity the cult of the goddess Artemis was practiced here.
