BIOGRAPHICAL NOTE

Konstantinos Zikos was born in Achaia in 1966. Appointed Attorney before the Supreme Court and the Council of State, member of the Athens Bar Association since 1991, he is specializing in the fields of commercial and administrative law, intellectual property and media. He has worked as legal adviser to corporations, legal persons of private law, local authorities, unions, media, and to consumer groups and participated as a member in legislative committees drafting bills relating to rural tourism, spa tourism and arrangements for sport. Among other studies, he has conducted a study on the implementation of regulatory reform in Greece as well as for the programming of the manpower of a Prefectural Administration Development Agency. He was a member of the Organizing and Executive Committee for the Special Olympics Athens 2011. He has been Special Adviser to the Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism and to the General Secretary of GNTO and Legal Adviser to the General Secretary of Sports.
