What documents do I need to visit Greece?

Depending on your country of origin, you might need a valid passport and a visa; If you are a EU citizen, you do not need a visa. You just need your valid national ID card or passport. Please note that driving licences, bank, tax and other cards are not accepted as valid travel documents. If you are a non-EU citizen you will need a valid passport and depending on your country of origin, you might need a visa; you could obtain a visa through the Greek Consulate nearest to your residence.
