• 1 cucumber
• 500gr greek yogurt
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• salt to taste
• 1 tablespoon vinegar



Peel and deseed the cucumber.
Grate it and squeeze the excess water out of it.
Mince the garlic cloves and mix them well with the salt by hand.
Add one or two spoons of the yogurt and mix well again before adding the rest of the ingredient, just to make sure that the garlic spreads evenly.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again!
Cover it and keep it in the refrigerator.
