Make a point of visiting the painting exhibition by Christos Bokoros under the title Sign of Freedom/Veria 1912-2012 hosted in the Byzantine Museum of Veria from October 27, 2012 until January 27, 2013.

The exhibition is organised by the 11th Ephorate of Byzantine Antiquities on the occasion of the 100-year celebration of Macedonia’s liberation and comprises a significant part of Christos Bokoros’ works of art.

Apart from the exhibition, visitors will have the opportunity to watch the film Don’t miss the light from your sight based on Christos Bokoros’ painted works and directed by Andonis Kioukas. Educational programmes are also arranged for high school and fine arts students.
