All runners will put on a Santa suit taking part in a symbolic race, without timing, where everyone will be a winner and a supporter of a special cause.
The race will be held in the centre of the city. Runners will cover a distance of approximately 2.5 km adding a special tone to Athens’ festive ambience.
In this first edition of Santa Run Athens there is a maximum of 500 participations. The amount of money gathered from all registrations will be donated to restore the playgrounds of the City of Athens.
The 1st Santa Run Athens is organised by Holmes Place, in collaboration with the Spetses mini Marathon team and the City of Athens Cultural, Sport & Youth Organisation. Santa suits will be given upon registration at any of the three Holmes Place Clubs in Athens.
