This exhibition unfolds young people’s features; they are the most beautiful part of our society. They bring life everywhere they step in: coffee shops, squares, stadiums, and buses, coordinating them in their rhythm. They are creators and pioneers in arts, sciences and sports. They question us as we question them. They enchant with their creativity and restlessness while they disappoint with their inactivity. They are good and bad, beautiful and ugly, smart and naive, but above all, they are young in their apotheosis of ephemeral, in the charm of crude.
Time is the second exhibition of the 3rd Contrast Thessaloniki Photo Festival, which includes overall six exhibitions, focusing on young people. This group exhibition of young photographers follows the central theme of the European Youth Capital 2014 that will take place in March.
