Peter Pan at the Hellenic Cosmos Cultural Centre

The fairy tale of Peter Pan, the fascinating story of the child who didn’t want to grow up, will unfold at the stage of THEATRON in the Hellenic Cosmos Cultural Centre until May 11, 2014.

Peter Pan needs no recommendations; he is well-known, charming, and loved, as is his story: the child who didn’t want to grow up. His meeting Wendy and their tender love, the flight to Neverland and the adventures with the lost boys and his greatest enemy, Captain Hook, the struggle between Good and Evil, friendship and alignment of forces against deceit and violence are some of his greatest achievements. The story of Peter Pan is a perfect metaphor that reveals the great importance of family warmth in children’s lives. Furthermore, in the modern technological times, the importance of imagination and the ability to dream is stronger than before.

Nana Nikolaou with her long experience in children’s theatre has adapted and directed James Barrie’s story and invites adults and children on a journey to Neverland.

The result is a great production, a musical with wonderful sets, costumes, choreography, fencing, video projections and special effects.

The show is filled with songs and transports spectators to the land where the heart’s desires, imagination and joy prevail. Neverland means just that: Never step back, never refuse the challenge, never say never, never deny your friends and romantic affairs...

Fly with Peter Pan in Neverland where time has stopped and dreams become reality.
