December: the month of festivities, joy and love. It is the perfect time for you and your family to escape to gorgeous guesthouses nestled snugly in the Greek woods. Enjoy low temperatures with winter activities, visit the famous destinations of Elati and Pertouli and taste sweet and salty food giving off the essence of local traditions. Read and try to make the recipes we are suggesting (pork and celery, diples, and katades from Samos).
