For the first time in history the art of theater was created in Greece, interwoven with Dionysian idolatry. Greeks love the theater as few other races. Even today, theaters that stage ancient drama performances are filled to capacity and one must book far in advance in order to book a seat to see a good performance.
Contemporary theatrical Greece is on a par with all the renowned theatrical metropolises of the world, as it has set the bar very high.

There are many activities:

  • High-level dramatic performances in Epidavros and Herodos Atticus, sitting on the same marble seats that at one time had hosted the great ancient poets,
  • Classical theater performances in halls with high aesthetics and impressive acoustics,
  • Performances in open-air theaters, renovated mansions, fortresses dating back to the Middle-Ages, with the moon and the stars as the background,
  • Pioneering performances in post-industrial buildings with wooden seats and benches,
  • Powerful performances by road groups,

It is certain that whoever loves the theater will not be deprived of it in Greece.
