The Foundation of the Hellenic World was established in 1993 and its mission is the preservation and distribution of Greek history and tradition through modern technological means. To achieve this mission the Cultural Center “Hellenic Cosmos” was created. The Foundation also presents the Greek history (from Stone Age until now) on the Internet, reconstructing digitally ancient monuments and areas, shows historic and cultural documentaries, organizes exhibitions and educational programs and uses Virtual Reality systems “Kivotos” and “Magiki Othoni” to immerse visitors in a digital cultural tour.
