This Museum can be righteously proud of hosting one of the richest collections of Byzantine icons in the world. Its exhibits covering 1500 years of Byzantine art and architecture include items such as church entities, mosaics, sculptures, frescos and icons from Greece, Balkan countries, Cyprus, Constantinople and Russia.
