There are signaled alpine paths in both Mavrovouni and Peristeri mountains as well as the international pathway E6 which crosses the whole area including the National Park Valia-Kalnta. Visitors have the opportunity of mountain biking and horse riding while in the ski facilities on plateau of Profitis Ilias and the surrounding area you can do snowboarding, sleigh and participate in other winter sports.
