Activities in Halki

  • Swimming at the beaches Pontamos Ftenagia, Trachia and Gyali where you can go walking from Nimborio; and Kania, Areta, Aghios Georgios, Dyo Gyaloi, which can be reached by boat. In the triangle shaped from Halki, Alimia and Rhodes there is the complex of islands Aghioi Theodoroi, Makry and Tragousa.
  • Take a boat trip to Alimia island, NE of Chalki. The bay used to be an Italian dockyard and you can also see the ruins of an old village, a small castle, along with an amazing pebble beach.
